Eligibility for Return:

We offer a 7-day return policy under the following conditions:

Unboxing Video is Mandatory:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must record a clear unboxing video starting from the moment the package is sealed and unopened.
The video must clearly show:

The packaging

The product being opened

The issue (e.g., broken item, missing item, wrong product)

Valid Return Reasons:

Product received is broken or damaged

Product is incomplete or items are missing

Wrong product sent

Important Notes:

No Refunds:
We do not offer any cash refunds. If your claim is approved, you will receive a replacement product only.

No Return Without Video Proof:
Returns or complaints without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

7 Days Limit:
All return claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. After this period, we won’t be able to accept any requests.
